1. An active legal structure (e.g., NGO, NPO) and a stable organisation
2. Proven capacity to receive volunteers
3. Concrete social and/or environmental impact
The platform is and will always be free for associations with a strong social/ environmental impact.

Empowr supports three types of volunteering incl. one time-, skilled based volunteering and mid- to long-term strategic projects at associations. According to your needs and want, we will match the right projects to your people in order to make to biggest impact.
Our primary objective is to provide comprehensive data aligned with ESG standards to facilitate accurate reporting. Initially, we will focus on reporting project time, outcomes, and employee happiness. Collaborating with our first participants, we aim to establish the most effective means of reflecting this data and explore opportunities for further enhancement.
When a volunteer dedicates specific working hours, it falls within the domain of skills sponsorship within a company's structure. Conversely, if the volunteer commits personal time, it aligns with voluntary work within a non profit's structure.
